Custom TeleConnect is fully committed to providing its customers with the highest quality services. Our network quality and availability are compatible with Bellcore and other industry standards.

This dedication to our service is supported by operations at our Network Control Center (NCC). Located in Las Vegas, Nevada, our NCC organization is available to assist our customers with their telecommunications requirements.

The NCC staff technicians utilize remote monitoring and test operations to serve the needs of our customers. Equipment status and system alarms are monitored to prevent network failures. Equipment can be accessed upon customer request to ensure quality standards and effect maintenance when required.

Look to CTI to process your automated (0+) operator assisted calls and, through our 24 hour multilingual operator center, courteous operators to handle your live (0-) operator assisted calls. We also have staff available 24 hours a day to assist with any questions or concerns you may have.
